All orders placed on the site are packed and fulfilled from our warehouse. Once your order is complete and successfully registered for delivery, we print a label for the package. You will then receive an email or SMS update of your tracking details. We work 24/7, with exceptions on some holidays. We will keep you posted on any delays or exceptions! Typically, orders are shipped out the same day or the next business day at the latest from our warehouse and dropped off at a delivery facility or house address. Usually, shipping takes 2-3 days to reach anywhere in the continental US, but during holidays and rush times, shipping can take a few extra days. We also ship to all other countries out of the continental US and delivery normally takes 5-7 days.
We ship out all orders in a discrete and generic bubble wrap envelope. Sometimes boxes may be used to protect larger orders.
If you have received tracking info, that means we created the label and your package will be picked up from our warehouse the same day or the next.
